Paradise Valley, Arizona
Paradise Valley is a town located in Maricopa County, Arizona. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 13,664. Despite the town's relatively small area and population to other cities in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Paradise Valley is home to twelve resorts, making it one of Arizona's premiere tourist destinations. Paradise Valley is often considered to be an extension of Scottsdale, Arizona. Paradise Valley residents attend schools in the Scottsdale Unified School District. Paradise Valley has prime real estate, with a median resale value at $1.2 million, with many exceeding $5 million and some over $15 million.
