Visiting LONDON? flat for rent for 3 weeks in August $600 1bd

We are away for 3 weeks in August and are offering our 1 bedroom flat for rent while we are gone. Fully furnished (of course) -- this is ideal for visiting London as it offers all the comforts of home and it is much cheaper than a London hotel. The flat has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and main room. Big windows with lots of light and a balcony as well. Its a very nice flat, we pay well over the price we are offering it for. Centrally located -- 7 min walk to Warwick Ave tube and a short way from Little Venice, Paddington, Notting Hill and Bayswater. We require checkable references and will negotiate on the price if necessary for the right person (or people). Families welcome as we have couches in the main room that could sleep a couple kids.
