Pacific (racing team)
Pacific was a Formula One constructor from Britain. They participated in 33 grands prix, entering a total of 66 cars.Owner Keith Wiggins operated under Paul Stewart the Pacific Formula 3 Operations, which were successful, and the team was tipped to successful since they were a very professional outfit. However it all went wrong in F1 and the team, was first bestowed with a bad car. When the car improved, the money ran out and it had to employ pay-driving "legends" such as Jean-Denis Deletraz and Giovanni Lavaggi- in place of team's shareholder Bertrand Gachot. It folded in 1995,and Wiggins went back to the lower Formula's and then to CART,where it operates today under the guise of HVM Racing.
