Oxonium

An oxonium is a positive oxygen cation, which has three bonds. For example, the protonation of carbonyl gives an oxonium ion, with one bond to carbon and one bond for two hydrogens. The term is also used for the hydronium ion only, which is an oxonium with three hydrogens.
