Out-of-body experience

For some, the phenomenon occurred spontaneously, while for others it was linked to dangerous circumstances, a near-death experience, a dream-like state or use of alcohol or drugs. Despite this, relatively little is known about OBE (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4177912.stm).
