There is a parody sequence of Tron, where Peter claims he was the "green guy". Note that:

- the writing on the back wall reads "If you can read this, your TV is upside down" upside down, and
- when the "red guy" smashes into Peter's lightcycle, one of the pieces of flying debris is Peter's glasses, which fly directly into the screen.
In search of a place to drink, Peter and friends try an alley, like Hank Hill and friends on King of the Hill. Their arrival to jail parodies a scene in The Shawshank Redemption.
