Ohio Valley Wrestling

Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) is an American independent circuit professional wrestling promotion based in Louisville, Kentucky. OVW is the most recognized facility for up and coming wrestlers and serves as the official training ground for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It is run by owner Danny Davis. Due to Jim Cornette, the booker, being fired, it is unclear who the head booker is at this time, though WWE has sent Paul Heyman down to replace him on at least a temporary basis.

OVW wrestlers are often used as Jobbers, or "enhancement talents", for the WWE to make their stars look better. Sometimes OVW wrestlers are even used as plants for WWE shows.
