Offensive lineman
An offensive lineman (football) is one of a group of positions in American football. The offensive line takes the field when their team is in possession of the ball, and starts play on the line of scrimmage immediately in front of the quarterback. Their primary responsibility is blocking the opposing defensive linemen and linebackers.
