Odessa is a city located in Texas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 90,943. It is the county seat of Ector County{{GR|6}}. It is the twin city to Midland, Texas. Along with Andrews, Texas and Midland, Texas, these cities form the West Texas Tri-Cities.
