Furnished Studio Sublet - October - Month to Month (haight ashbury) $1500

I am going to be out of town for a few months starting in October, and I need to sublet my place while I'm gone. I really love my apartment, and want to find someone who will enjoy it and take care of it too. Location: It is a top floor walk up studio apartment off of Divisadero and Haight, close to all the bars and restaurants of the upper and lower Haight area, Golden Gate Park, Muni lines 6, 7, 71, 21, 24 two blocks in any direction. Faletti foods/Delessio market down the street, along with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. PERFECT location! Thats why I'd rather sublet than move out altogether. The Apartment: You'll have an eat in kitchen with a table and two chairs, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and I can leave some pots and pans if you need them. The bathroom has a shower over the tub, and a window in the shower overlooking the Panhandle. The bedroom area has a full size bed, three seater sofa, coffee table, dresser, and bookshelf, as well as a view of Alamo Square and a little of downtown and sliver of the bay. Washer and dryer in the building. It's easy to get a free wireless internet signal from inside the unit. The only downside to this apartment is that it's a fourth floor walk up, and the ceilings are really low - I'm 5'3" and can touch the ceiling at the highest point without standing on my tiptoes. I love it, though, I think it's cozy, but maybe not if you're tall. You: Employed and trustworthy. A couple would be fine, or even if you're a few friends apartment hunting who need a place in the meantime. The couch is the size of a twin bed and sleeps one person, I've had friends stay on it comfortably. I might consider a small pet, maybe. References would be nice, as well as proof that you have a job and will actually pay for the time you spend here. To move in, I need an idea of how long you'll stay, so I can determine how long to be gone, first month's rent, and a $500 deposit.

Large sunny deck, tree views from every window, private, peaceful. Nice kitchen, full bath, linens, towels, satellite TV, DSL and utilities all included. Rates for month vary depending on number of persons/pets - starting at $1400 for one person, no pets, $1500 one person, one pet, $1600 two people, $1700 two people one pet and $1800 two people, two pets. Beautiful Room Available October- December (marina / cow hollow) $1200 1bd

I will be leaving by beautiful room and three fabulous roommates to work in India from October through December. Our place has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, free onsite laundry, parking spots galore, and HD cable with Tivo. Our home is modern and well kept. The 45 picks up right on the corner and easily jets you off to North Beach, SOMA, and downtown. The location makes it perfect to get to know the Marina better as you can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants on Chestnut and Union. The room itself is large and fully furnished. It has a great amount of storage. My favorite part of it is the view. There are two large windows that look out onto green trees- you even get small glimpses of the bay and the Golden Gate! There are built in bookcases with glass doors, amazing detailing on the ceiling and a pretty chandelier. The room also has a sun room off of it that has views of the beautiful homes in Pac Heights. Hi we have a sublet available for 3 months starting October 1st Its a fantastic room.... large and has beautiful art. Flat is a three bedroom with obviously 2 other roommates (all female ) that are clean, fun and responsible. The room is very Large and available for sublet from October 1st - Dec.28 (possible dec.31) 3 Month sublet. great place to start in the city Room has large bay windows and a nice amount of sun on a quiet street in the sunny mission district.
