Ochakov (Crimean Tatar/Turkish: ?zi) is a town in Mykolaiv (Nikolaev) Oblast, in southern Ukraine, located near the site of ancient Greek colony of Olbia. The city lies at the Dnieper-Southern Bug estuary and on the Black Sea.

The ?zi fortress that later became town Ochakov was built in 1492 by the Crimean khan Mengli Giray. It became an Ottoman fortress in the 16th century. See also ?zi Province.
