Nueva Ecija

Nueva ?cija is a landlocked province of the Philippines located in the Central Luz?n region. Its capital is Palayan City. Nueva ?cija borders, from the south clockwise, Bulac?n, Pampanga, Tarlac, Pangasin?n, Nueva Vizcaya, and Aurora.
