Nude scene

"Nude scene" is a term used in film to describe a scene in which one or more of the actors displays nudity onscreen. The instances are much more common with female actresses than male actors. Adding nudity in their films can be an easy way for filmmakers to increase audience satisfaction. This is also known as fanservice. However, some critics consider this to be "cheap" and "gratuitous", and often disapprove that some actresses resort to nude scenes in order to be picked for a part or to make themselves popular to fans.
