November and December - Cozy room in Lovely house! (excelsior / outer mission) $600

Hey There. So I am going to try and give you every detail I possibly can righttttt now: Includes all utilities: $600 for November $600 for December I actually pay $680 but the room is so small I figured I would lower it a bit. Together cable and wifi are about $15 bucks or so a month. The Move In: My schedule is nuts at the moment. I can meet you and show you all day Saturday. The House Itself: We have upstairs and downstairs. Although you are just subletting a room for a short period of time the entire house is yours. Use it as you please (with the utmost respect and love of course) Living Room Dining Room Kitchen 4 Bedrooms 2 Full BR One art kinda room Killer back porch looking over excelsior (you can see the Bay and Bernal and McClaren as well!) The Roomies: We are all in our early to mid twenties - intelligent fun loving good folks. A Floridian, a New Yorker and native San Franciscan. We are somewhat lax with things but we don't want too much of a mess. The Room: It is the smallest room in the house. It's small, I cannot tell you otherwise. But it is sweet with a window that you can climb onto the roof from. Bed will be here. I will clear out closet and drawers for you. There is also extra storage space if you need to keep more with you for the month. There is a table in the art room where I work on stuff that you can have full use of. This is def an ideal space for one who does not own a lot. Transportation: Parking is awesome at some points and a pain in the ass at others. 5 minute walk from Balboa BART Station. Around the corner from the M which runs into West Portal with transfers to any Muni line. Super close bike ride to Mission Street where you can find banks, Safeway, El Ferrlitos (my Spanish spelling not so great) and 24 hour laundry. Throw me an e-mail or call 631 682 4846! What's your deal, how long are you looking to stay, what are the most important things you are looking for in a place to stay? Cheers! Jen

Room for rent through November (haight ashbury) $900

I am moving and need someone to take over my room for the month of November and possibly half of October. It's a great apartment - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, in-house laundry, dishwasher, etc. You would be living with a guy and a girl, both in their late 20s, who are both laid-back, busy and responsible. You shoud be in your 20s or early 30s, clean, respectful and responsible. You could move in either mid-October through November 30th, and the rent will be $1350, or you could move in for just November and the rent will be $900. There will also be a security deposit of $500. I realize it's not ideal to have to pay a deposit on a such a short stay, but I have no way to know you won't destroy the place! Please let me know if you are interested and I will set up a time for you to come check out the apartment. Thanks.

Great room available November 1st! (USF / panhandle) $650

We are three lovely ladies in our mid twenties looking for a fourth roommate (female only please)! Our current fourth roommate is moving out and we need someone to fill her spot in the house. The lease would be from November 1st to June 1st and the rent is $650 a month not including utilities. When the lease runs up in June there is potential to renew. Rent must be paid on time, no exceptions people! We are located right next to USF and are close to many bus lines. There is laundry on site and plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. There is one bathroom in the house that the four of us share. We are looking for someone who is easy to get along with, friendly, clean, working, respectful of their housemates, non- smoker (at least in the house) and who has a sense of humor! Also preferably, in the age range of 24-30. About the three of us….. Elena is from the Bay area and has been living in SF for the past five years. She is a teaching assistant/counselor at a local high school. Diana is from Boston and has been living in SF for the past year and a half. She is currently working as a vocational specialist at some local high schools in area. I (Katie) am also from Boston and have been in SF for the past year and a half. I work at a women’s health clinic in the city. We all get along great and live well together and are hoping to find someone who will keep that vibe going. We all work Monday through Friday so during the week our apartment is pretty mellow. On the weekends we all like to go out and enjoy the city, whether it is going out for drinks, dinner, Dolores Park, festivals, the beach, etc. We also enjoy nights in and just relaxing. I feel its important to note that we are all past the getting wasted, coming home being loud, and throwing up on the kitchen floor phase and our next roommate needs to be as well! Also, we each enjoy the occasional 420, but not on a regular basis and want a roommate who is on the same page in that respect. No everyday smokers please. If interested, please send us an email with some information about yourself. If you sound like a good fit we will get back to you and set up a time to meet. Thanks!
