Note-octave
Note-octave notation (also known as Scientific Pitch Notation) is the convention of naming notes using its respective letter as well as the number denoting the octave the note is in. For example, E5 is the E above Tenor C (High E above Middle C), or the E in the fifth octave. On a piano, it is the fifth E starting from the left and counting towards the right.
