The company was founded by Lee Noble, who is the designer and chief designer at Noble, in 1999. The first car, the M12 was fitted with a 2.5 V6 from the sports version of the Ford Mondeo. Noble added twin turbochargers to raise the power to 310bhp. The M12 was greatly congratulated by the magazines who tested it on its handling, styling and performance.
