Nicu Ceau?escu

Nicu Ceau?escu (IPA {{IPA|/ˈni.ku ʧau.ˈʃes.ku/}}, or approximately NIK-oo cha-oo-SHESS-koo] OR chow-SHESS-koo (September 1, 1951 - September 25 1996) was the youngest son of Romanian leader Nicolae and Elena Ceau?escu. He was a close associate of his father's political regime and considered the President's heir apparent.

He was arrested in 1994, for misuse of Romanian government funds under his father's regime. He died in 1996 in a Vienna hospital from cirrhosis.
