Nicole (artist)

Nicole (born Nicole Hohloch, October 25, 1964 in Saarbrücken, Germany) is a German singer.

She represented Germany at the 1982 Eurovision Song Contest where she won with the song "Ein bißchen Frieden" (A Little Bit of Peace) with music by Ralph Siegel and words by Bernd Meinunger. When she reprised the song after the end of the contest voting, she perfomed parts of the song in English, French, and Dutch along with the original German. The full English version of the song "A Little Peace" went on to be the 500th number 1 single in the United Kingdom.
