Club Necaxa is a Mexican professional football club. Necaxa plays in the Primera Divisi?n de M?xico. The club plays its home games at Estadio Victoria, located in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Necaxa was founded August 21, 1923 with the support of the Compa??a de Luz, from which they drew a nickname, the "Electricistas". They were very successful in the early days of the Mexican league, winning championships in the 1932-33, 1934-35, 1936-37, and 1937-38 seasons.

Necaxa's fortunes declined after the professionalization of the Mexican league following the 1942-43 season, as they were excluded from the newly formed, 10-team Liga Mayor.
