NatWest
NatWest (formerly the National Westminster Bank) is the United Kingdom's third biggest bank. It was formed in 1970 by the merger of the National Provincial Bank and the Westminster Bank. It was taken over in 2000 by the Royal Bank of Scotland, who have maintained the NatWest brand. NatWest also owned Ulster Bank until the 2000 take over, and Ulster Bank contines to use NatWest's distinctive logo, the three chevrons. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
