National Amusements is a chain of movie theaters spanning 1,300 screens, mainly in the New England and Mid-Atlantic areas of the United States. It also owns a controlling interest in the media conglomerate Viacom. Other holdings include 70% of video-game maker Midway Games. The Showcase Cinema chain in the UK is owned by NA.
