Sponsorship

It is highly recommended that addicts recovering in Narcotics Anonymous find a sponsor. A sponsor is someone who helps another addict by guiding them through the 12 steps and by sharing their own personal experience with recovery.

It is generally suggested to get a sponsor of the same sex with at least one year clean time.
