Nancy Stouffer
Nancy Kathleen Stouffer, also known as N. K. Stouffer, is an author who wrote children's books in the 1980s. She is currently alive and considered to be washed up, a has-been, and it is reported that she has recently received hate mail from J.K. Rowling fans calling her things such as "Lying whore" "Plagiristic bitch" and "You've wasted the court's time" as reported by Newsweek.

Most famously, she wrote The Legend of Rah and the Muggles (in 1984) and Larry Potter and His Best Friend Lilly.

Stouffer accused J. K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter books, of plagiarism, claiming that Rowling infringed on her trademark to the term Muggles and on her copyright to illustrations of Larry Potter.

Rowling filed a lawsuit against Stouffer in the United States to stop the claims, and Stouffer filed a countersuit alleging the infringement.
