Nanci Chambers

Nanci Chambers (a Canadian-American actress who was born on October 1, 1963 in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada) is best known for her role as the scheming villain Lieutenant "Loren Singer" on the popular television series JAG. Ms. Chambers is married to David James Elliott who is also the star of JAG. They have both become U.S. citizens, and have a daughter and son.
