Mutual Broadcasting System
The Mutual Broadcasting System (MBS) was an American radio network, in operation from 1934 to 1999.

The ancestor of Mutual was the Quality Network, founded in 1929 with four radio stations: WLS in Chicago, WOR in New York City, WLW in Cincinnati, and WXYZ in Detroit. With WGN Chicago replacing WLS, these were the same stations as those that started Mutual.
