Motorcycle club

Motorcycle Clubs (or MC's/ MCC's) are groups of people united normally through their love for riding motorcycles. Their are many varing different types of clubs, ranging from groups of friends who enjoy riding, to those with open membership (normally associated with Motorcycle Retailers), and those clubs housing the 1% of bikers who exist soley to ride hard and party.

Although a few clubs accept membership from anybody willing to pay a subscription fee into the club, most recruit new members through invitation only, a new member is reffered to as a prospect, and they will normally remain so for around 12 months until they are given their badge or colours.

Some bike clubs are given bad reputations from through folklore, and societies misunderstanding of the lifestyle, however, most members of even the more well known clubs will strenuously deny any allegations.
