More than you think you are
more than you think you are (released November 2002) is the band matchbox twenty's third and latest album. Although it wasn't as successful commercially as the band's two earlier efforts (yourself or someone like you and mad season), it had an enormous radio presense for well over a year, and received a large amount of critical praise. The album features a wide variety of alternative rock sounds: the rock-and-roll guitar of "Feel" and "Disease"; the sarcastic, riff-driven "You're So Real" and "All I Need"; the ballads "Hand Me Down" and "The Difference"; the emo rock of "Cold" and "Soul"; the piano-driven "Could I Be You" and "Bright Lights"; the hugely popular pop hit "Unwell"; and the rock-and-roll/gospel "Downfall", replete with a full gospel choir.
