Monona Terrace
Frank Lloyd Wright inspired the design of Monona Terrace, a community and convention center on the shores of Lake Monona in Madison, Wisconsin. It opened on July 18, 1997, almost 60 years after its initial 1938 design. From the roof of Monona Terrace, one can see views of downtown Madison, including the Wisconsin State Capital Building and Lake Monona.
