Miss Porter's School

Miss Porter's School is a preparatory school for girls located in Farmington, Connecticut. It was founded by Sarah Porter in 1843, with an eye to educating the elite young women of the Eastern seaboard, although more recently the school has enrolled students from more than 13 countries and 23 states. Girls who graduate continue their education by attending prestigious universities such as Harvard University and Yale University. Popular student pastimes include trips to Starbucks and hanging out in the Daisy Cafe.
