Miranda Killgallen

Miranda Killgallen (a character in Nickelodeon animated series As Told By Ginger, voiced by Cree Summer) is Courtney Gripling's best friend and right-hand woman, although she is afraid that Courtney is grooming Ginger Foutley to take over that position. For that reason, Miranda loves to keep Ginger constantly off-balance, scheming to undermine her socially?she's always whispering some horrible rumour or another in her ear?and smiling widely all the while.

Miranda has also started to develop feelings for Ginger's next-door neighbour Darren Patterson since the first movie (Summer of Camp Caprice), when they are both sent to Military Spengler Academy and have to be under the control of Miranda's cold-blooded father, Officer Killgallen. In Never Can Say Goodbye, they become an official couple, but break-up at the end of the episode. Nevertheless, it looks like Miranda is still attracted to Darren (although it's a very well-hidden and unseen love for other people's eyes).
