Mikhail Lermontov (ship)
The Mikhail Lermontov was a Soviet cruise ship that sank in the Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand, on February 16, 1986. He (Russian ships are always referred to as males) ran aground on rocks near Port Gore, resulting in the death of one passenger.
