Mikhail Bulgakov
Mikhail Afanasievich Bulgakov (or Bulhakov, ?????? ??????????? ????????; May 15 (May 3 Old Style), 1891–March 10, 1940) was a Soviet novelist and playwright of the first half of the 20th century. Although Ukrainian born, he wrote in Russian. He is best known for the novel The Master and Margarita.
