Mike McShane

Michael McShane (December 10, 1957; East Boston, Massachusetts) is an American actor who first became known to American audiences through his appearances on the British version of the television show Whose Line Is It Anyway?.

McShane has performed on stage, on television and in film and is an alumnus of Los Angeles TheaterSports. Probably his most famous TV role is as Cosmo Kramer's nemesis FDR (Franklin Delano Romanowski) on Seinfeld.
