A resident of Mill Hill, Levy was made a life peer in 1997 as Baron Levy of Mill Hill in the London Borough of Barnet. A friend of Tony Blair, he acts as the Prime Minister's envoy to the Middle East and as a fundraiser for the Labour Party.
