Michael Foot
The Right Honourable Michael Mackintosh Foot (born 23 July 1913), British politician, was leader of the Labour Party from 1980 to 1983. He is the younger brother of the late lawyer Sir Dingle Foot, the Liberal politician Lord Foot (previously John Foot) and of the late Lord Caradon (previously Hugh Foot), a former Governor of Cyprus, whose late son was the campaigning journalist, Paul Foot.
