Metro TV
Metro TV, Indonesia's first 24-hour news channel based in Jakarta. The station was established on November 25, 2000 and now has over 53 transmission sites allover Indonesia reaching over 280 cities and towns in the country. Metro TV is owned by Indonesian media tycoon Surya Paloh who also owns the Media Indonesia daily.
