Megadeus

The Megadeuses, or Megadei are the great robots of the anime series Big O. The title derives from the Greek Megas (Μεγας, "Great") and the Latin Deus ("God"). Inexplicably, the voice-actors of the series invariably pronounce the title as though it were "Megadeuce" (possibly in reference to Deuce coupe hot rods) or "Megadux" (the "Grand Duke" of the Byzantine navy).

The four most important Megadei of the series are the Bigs, all of which are humanoid in appearance and require human pilots(referred to as Dominus Megadeuem). Thier main characteristics are disproportioned arms and bodies, a need for a pilot, a cockpit in the neck, the phrase "CAST IN THE NAME OF GOD, YE NOT GUILTY" appearing on a display screen when a Big activates, and the phrase "YE GUILTY" appearing when a Big rejects a pilot.
