Meg Foster (Born: May 10, 1948 in Reading, Pennsylvania, USA) is an American actress. Foster acts mainly in stage productions and B-movies. She was the original Detective Chris Cagney in Cagney and Lacey until she was replaced, after just six episodes, by Sharon Gless.
