Medallic orientation
A feature of coins. When viewing one side of a coin with medallic orientation, the coin must be flipped horizontally in order to see the other side the correct way up.

In Britain this is sometimes referred to as "British turnover" in recognition of the fact that British coins have medallic orientation.
