Maurice Duruflé


 

Maurice Duruflé (January 11, 1902June 16, 1986) was a French composer and organist. He was born in Louviers, and died in Paris.

  • Op. 8, Andante et scherzo (1940)
  • Op. 9, Requiem for soloists, chorus, orchestra, and organ (1947) (also arranged for chamber orchestra with organ, and organ solo)
  • Op. 10, Quatre Motets sur des thèmes grégoriens a cappella SATB chorus, (1960)
  • Op. 11, Messe "Cum Jubilo", baritone solo, baritone choir, orchestra, and organ, (1966) (also arranged for chamber orchestra with organ, and organ solo; the baritone solo may be split between a baritone and a tenor)
