Mark Mullins is the executive director of the Fraser Institute. Prior to assuming this position Mullins served as the director of Ontario Policy Studies at the organization. Mullins has been a policy advisor to the Canadian Alliance, the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada, and the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario. He holds an M.A. from the University of Western Ontario, and a Ph.D from the London School of Economics.
