Magic Slim
The blues singer and guitarist, Magic Slim, along with Magic Sam, is one of the best known representative of the West Side Chicago blues. The very powerful style of his band The Teardrops, with whom he has been playing since 1967 is based on the interplay of the very characteristic guitar style and deep voice of Magic Slim and a very strong rhythm section made of a second lead guitar (John Primer), an electric bass and a drum.
