Negative things about apt: stained carpets and double doors connecting the living room and bedroom have some cracked panels. Furnished. Right on busline (21 hayes). Grocery store, coffee shop, golden gate park, and restaurants all in short walking distance. The Panhandle park is 1/2 block away at the end of our street (Lyon & Fell). Great for biking, jogging, big trees, ect. Great corner store 1/2 block away. About 10-15 minutes to get downtown. My family and I are in RI for summer and fall. The apt. will be available Sept 1st. through about the 1st week in Oct. (oct. 7th) I have someone coming in early Oct. but their move in date is still in flux. If you have a specific date you need the apt. to like the 10th or something they are flexible, we can talk about that. $1600 for month of Sept. plus $400 for the one week in Oct. includes all utilities.
