Lund
![]() Lund is a Scania city in the Sk?ne province in southernmost Sweden. The town is held to have be founded in year 990, when the area (terra Scaniae) belonged to King Sweyn I Forkbeard of Denmark. It came to be the center of religion as the episcopal see in the archdiocese of Lund, until overtaken by Sweden in 1658. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
