My roommate is moving back to Boston, and i'm looking for a nice person to replace him. The 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment is in a quiet building on the top (4th) floor. Most of the tenants in the building are professionals in their mid 20s to mid 30s. The building is strictly coded as a non-smoking building, so smokers steer clear. No pets either, sorry. The apartment has a large living room connected to updated kitchen, new carpet and paint. There are sliding glass doors that open to a small balcony with an awesome view of Sutro tower and the western neighborhoods. Skylight in bathroom provides some extra luminosity. Your room has a large closet (3 x 7 feet) and can easily accommodate a queen size bed, desk and dresser (12 x10). The location is perfect for SF and greater BA commuters. 1.5 blocks from 24th street BART which is also a major bus hub. It's on Bartlett, which is a quiet street that runs between Valencia and Mission. Tons of great locations in walking distance, delicious restaurants, parks, markets. Mission Pie is a block away. I have lived here two years and I'm sure I don't need to tell you the the Mission is the best neighborhood. About myself: I am a 25 year old straight male. I'm a Bay Area native and like people with Bay Area values. I can be an obsessively neat person at times, but am very laid back.
