Luis Miguel Brito
Miguel, full name Luís Miguel Brito Garcia Monteiro, (born 4 January 1980 in Lisbon), was a defender for the Sport Lisboa e Benfica and the Portuguese national team. He made his senior debut against Italy on 12 February 2003 and played for his country in Euro 2004, which was defeated at the Euro 2004 final.

At August 2004, he was linked with a transfer to the Italian giants Juventus which never became a reality.

At July 2005, he didn't return from holiday arguing an invalid contract with SL Benfica. Eventually the dispute was solved and now he plays in La Liga for Valencia C.F..
