Louis XIV (band)

Louis XIV is a quartet indie rock group from San Diego, California, formed in April 2003. They were formed from the band Convoy. Their first album, The Best Little Secrets Are Kept, was released in March 2005, following the release of their EP Illegal Tender in January of that year. Their first single was titled "Finding Out True Love Is Blind," and was featured on both the EP and album. Their music features rough, primal rock and evocative lyrics replete with double entendres. The band released their second single off their debut album entitled "God Killed the Queen" in September of 2005.
