Lost in America

Lost in America is a 1985 film starring Albert Brooks and Julie Hagerty as yuppies fed up with the corporate lifestyle. They decide to take their savings and head out to see the country in a Winnebago. The plan goes awry when Haggerty loses everything at a casino in Las Vegas. Out of money and with nowhere to go, the couple ends up in Safford, Arizona. Brooks' character gets work as a crossing guard and Haggerty's character gets work at the local Der Wienersnitzl. A few days of this and they are headed to New York to look for work again in the corporate world.
