The Los Angeles Dodgers are a Major League Baseball team based in Los Angeles, California. They are in the Western Division of the National League. The team originated in Brooklyn before moving to Los Angeles for the 1958 season.

Previous home ballparks include the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum (1958-1961), and Ebbets Field in Brooklyn (1913-1957). Prior to 1913, the Brooklyn Dodgers played in Washington Park (1883-1890), Eastern Park (1891-1897), and a second Washington Park (1898-1912).
