Llanwrda (Llan-wrda), a parish and a village in the county of Carmarthenshire, South Wales, 3? miles from the river Towy, (W. by S.) from Llandovery. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ This parish is intersected by the A40 road between Llandeilo and Llandovery and stands at the junction of the A482 road to Lampeter and Aberaeron.
